-double the "leveling time" You feel a greater range of getting stronger. (but same playtime?)

So Leveling is more Morrowind then Oblivion?

I am reading the Magazien as well
the Player is the Dragon Born and is a Dragon Hunter
They have a new combat system and have done away with many of the Old menu systems in fighting

The screen sort of looks like the hunting game "the hunter" if you ever played that, it looks gorgeous.
Reading about combat system

the restrictive class system is gone, and you level up whenever you use things. It is dynamic.

when the skill is higher, it contributes to your leveling more.
