What's going on with members rank and their posts in total.

Oh, yeah, I just looked at mine, I was a patriarch with 10,000+ posts, and now I'm a diviner with only 3700 posts?

What does a thread about the Unofficial Morrowind Patch have to do with "member ranks and their posts in total?"

What Starforce9 said and if you haven't notice it yet, but your posts are now little over 14K and not +27K I think it was before.

That thread doesn't tell anyone a thing regarding forum rank or posts, the thread is about something else entirely. You should make an effort to explain what you mean instead of pointing people elsewhere with no clues of whatever you're talking about..

Aha, I see. I would guess that the post count doesn't include posts that been pruned away anymore, but only include posts that still actually exist. Or something. Not that it matters, both the post count and the forum rank are pointless.

I still don't understand what I'm supposed to see in the Morrowind thread.

Nevermind the thread, just look at the members post profile who have posted there.

All members except me now have lower rank than they had before.

Patriarch and now Master - Jac

Master and now Diviner - Dragon32

Diviner and now Curate - cyran0

Is anybody maintaining these forums anymore? A few weeks ago our automatic logins disappeared and our post counts fluctuate. Worst of all - the search feature still doesn't work. It's been broken for a whole year now. Is anybody at Bethesda or Zenimax paying any attention to the forums?

I don't see anything different for me, although I never paid any attention to these sort of things anyway so I wouldn't know.

i personally could care less about forum ranks.. a person with 10,000+ posts opinion should not be worth anymore than someone with only a couple hundred.. its just a word, a word that really doesn't affect anything

More like half a year, considering it's been broken since November 2014 and not June 2014. But yeah, it's rather frustrating it's broken.

You can't really expect people to know what rank some random forum members had or have.

I'm still a master at everything i do. I don't need the Beth forums to tell me that.

I can't speak for anybody else, but I first began noticing problems with the search feature sometime around May - June of 2014. I had stopped trying to use the search feature out of frustration long before November 2014.

But your mileage may vary, as they say.

Out of curiosity, when attempting to use the search function, has anyone else's results led to a crap ton of My Little Pony threads? That's always the case for me, along with threads from as far back as 2011 and 2012.

Hmm... Something is happening with the server, because I tried to *search* for anything and all I get is an error 504 I think it was.

Edit: I'm still the same in post number. Just in case anyone asks, I care about my post count probably because I'm a Roman history freak, always looking at dates and statistics with the Roman Empire.

I'm down from a Diviner. I seriously wish they'd sort their forums out. Also, as Lady Selene mentioned, the search feature has been broken for months!
