I remember the 1st deathclaw I encountered, it was hard enough to kill him with guns in the power armor, and this was only on Normal difficulty, so unless he glitched then there's no possibility of punching one to death at level 3.

I'm baffled myself ha, also you would need plenty of stimpaks just to survive his blows and at level 3 you obviously haven't done much exploring so tarahhhh!

Good for you. You must have been really, really bored to accomplish this achievement when a fat man could've done the job.

I punched a Deathclaw to death in this game once at lvl 2 hard difficulty. But the reason for that was: it was the first Deathclaw you encounter in the game, it crawled out of the ground and somehow got glitched stuck in the hole it came from. It couldn't attack or move so I exited my power armor and punched it to death. Look it up on YouTube alot of people run into this minor glitch. Probably same thing happened to the guy who started this topic.

This is how it worked in past titles, but it does not now. Unless you are Keyboard / mouse user, maybe. I am a PC player, but I prefer to play with a controller, and right now; the only way to be unarmed is to open the pip-boy and deselect a weapon.

I dont know if/how it works on consoles either.
