Hello everyone,

I'm new to these forums, but I thought I'd take a second to share with you a purchase that I made today at a local Thrift Store. I stumbled an original boxed copy of Fallout. The box is opened, but is in great shape. All of the discs, manuals, and inserts are included.

I'm somewhat new to the Fallout series, but I've been a PC gamer all of my life. Back when the Fallout series had it's debut, I was more interested in first person shooters.

If I may ask though, is this a good find?

Very good find, very good find indeed, you found the game that revived cRPGs, the legendary Fallout.

Also, one of the first (and best...) decent RPG's between then, and now.

Any idea on the rarity or worth of this item?

FALLOUT IS THE GREATES GAME SEIRES EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! witch is wy im erging the president to make the day that fallout came out NATIONOLE FALLOUT DAY! and on thise holiday we selibrate the day the very first game that was any good came out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's fun, make sure it's patched to get rid of the pain-in-the-ass time limit though.

in fallout 1 i joined the master the first time i played and i wosnt EVIL! ether I was GOOD!

Sell them on ebay and make some money, then buy the Fallout Chronicles. You could make some decent cash. Though if your a Fallout fan like me you would keep it all, then buy the Fallout Chronicles.

Nice going, wish I had one of those. Too bad I found out Fallout was great a couple of years after the release. Crap, now I'm jealous...

If only they were able to finnish that part of the game (playing as a supermutant was a design goal).
