Where is Meat located ??? o.0 like between what and what places in teh wasteland the wiki says it is Fallout 3 character o.0 Why have I not heard of Meat ???

Try searching "strange meat".

The reason you haven't heard of Meat is because it's impossible to get near him. He's one of the Glowing Ones behind the Inaccessible door in Underworld's Chop Shop. If you hack the terminal that the nurse types on, you'll find out that he likes to gnaw on his arm.

Searching the wiki for 'Fallout 3 Consumables' will get you a list of the different types of food in the game.
