Fallout 2 fixes alot of the problems with companions. So you'll have tons easier time interacting with them when you start up the next game. ;)

Good im glad to hear that.

Depends on your char specialism, doesn't it?

But if you have good energy weapon skills - I'd definitely go Turbo on the plasma rifle. One of the ultimate weapons in Fallout imo

*Edit* Oh wait correction (excuse me, been a while since I played the first Fallout):

He only gives you these options. Well, if you're a sniper take the sniper, a melee person I think the power fist is your best bet and so on. Whatever suits your character.

I plan on getting the laser turbo thing. But i think im gonna go for the Bazzoka since i dont have one and i have ammo for it.

Bring up your pipboy to the "rest" thingie, on the top left there should be a countdown.
If you have downloaded and installed the latest patch then this countdown for Master destroying the vault is taken out.
The countdown for getting the water chip is still in place though.

Damned Ace! You made me install Fallout 1 again, it's been years ago since I played the first Fallout. Oh well, I got nothing else to do this weekend and I wonder what the unofficial TeamX patch does. :)

The original time limit was 500 days. This won't impact you at all though since any recent release of Fallout that you buy (retail or digital) is pre-patched.

You still have the time limit for the water chip, but no you don't have to worry about the Master's army finding Vault 13. It should be noted that both Fallout 1/2 will give you a "Game Over" message and kick you back to the main menu after 13 years pass, but that's more than enough time to finish both games.

I think either Gun Runners down in Boneyard (To the east in Boneyard when you enter) and/or a weapons merchant in The Hub market should have some.

Not unless you have a high BG skill or lots of missiles to just play with.

For maximum effect, destroy the vats first, Master will be pissed.

No big issue either way... The Vats might be a bit easier than killing the master for some character builds - although equally its possible to nuke the master without conflict if you've got a good enough lock-pick and science.

I was wondering what guns i should bring there?

im going to bring the Plasma rifle, Sniper rifle, and i was considering the Rocket launcher?

So does this sound good and what should be added.(if any)

Stimpacks.
And ditch the rocket launcher (IMO), not worth the bother, save it for Master himself.
