So since the on board graphics chip in my new computer can't run FO3 I bought and installed a real graphics card that supposedly would allow me to run the game in ultra high quality. That would be great if the game still didn't crash to the desktop whenever I launch it. I'm running it as an administrator and in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode and it still crashes. Anyone know what the problem is?

EDIT-I completely reoved Falloyt 3 from my computer using Revo Uninstaller and then reinstalled the game and the DLC and that seemed to do the trick. Everything is working now.

Did you delete .ini file after installing the new card. Your .ini file is located in your My Documents\My Games\Fallout3 folder and it is the "configuration settings" file called FALLOUT...delete it, then fire up the game again so that it adjusts to your new hardware config.
