Just a wish.

Dear Bethesda,

I love the fallout series and have since the beginning. Even though I am nothing more than just one consumer of which will regardless, be purchasing your product, would like to voice an opinion/suggestion. During the excitement of fallout 4 I have become re-invested in Fallout: New Vegas. My favorite of all-time weapons are the hunting rifle known as "This Machine" and the laser RCW. I know it is not even close to possible that one person such as I, to influence an entire corporation, but I am still going to ask; will these weapons be in Fallout: 4? Can I make the laser RCW without the laser part? (meaning the Tommy gun/Chicago typewriter/trench sweeper/The Gat). Obviously as I have mentioned I would like nothing more than to have the game and even better, the pip boy edition. This message is not even remotely about that. I am only asking as one out of probably millions of people that these are added if they aren't already and perhaps to revive the old mobster feel. As in maybe have a side quest giving something to do with an Al Cappone type person with the cigars, the gritty criminal staple image that he's left if or when an individual were to think of the 1920's. Also, maybe the Browning Automatic Rifle? I've been gaming for most my life and seldom if not, rarely have I seen much like that and I know it's quite late to ask of this but it could maybe be a DLC. I wouldn't want this, of course, to be an after-market modification for Xbox only because I believe a lot of people would enjoy this and it should be available for all platforms.

Thank you, faithful consumer.

With the sheer amount of crafting options available in this game, it should be possible to make faux Thompsons and BARs, or something similar at least. If it's not possible, then there is bound to be somebody in the modding community who could create such things and add them to the game.

This Machine is not a hunting rifle...

Like the WW2 weapons, eh? I am partial to old and rusted bolt-actions myself.

Someone was able to cludge together a 20's tommy gun in Fallout 3, but it all depends on having the appropiate animations for things to work with. There's also the wartime Thompson SMGs in Honest Hearts, though those don't have the foregrip. I'm sure the modding community will be able to put something together, if there's not something like it in the game itself.

Well, if they aren't in the vanilla game, there's always a possibility they'll add it in with a DLC... or a modder will make it after GECK comes out.
