No it's not the last book of the Elder Scrolls, and it won't be the last game either...

I hope

As long as they can make a big profit of the franchise, there will be more TES games coming over way.

Hasn't this all just been the prediction of one scroll?

No, but the next ES may very well be taking place in the first era of a newly reborn Nirn with all new lore(same universe and god structure but with different men and mer interactions).

Elder Scrolls are just a convenient story telling construct. They only ever introduce the prophesy that matters for the current game, and non-essential Elder Scrolls are never discussed, leaving future elements to be written as needed while allowing current events to still be destined and foretold. Skyrim is well on it's way to being the most successful game so far in the series, just going by preorder numbers, so I doubt Bethesda has any reason to stop now.

no there is still lots of places we haven't been to yet so unless Skyrim totally bombs in sales I'm sure there will be more. I don't know much about lore but I do know there is plenty of things to make a game about left.

Hey, don't state your theories as fact like this. It's a novel idea, but it's just as likely as any other conjecture being spouted about the game after the one nobody's finished yet.

That came out ruder than I thought, but it wasn't really what the poster was asking, and I don't want people to get confused with theories.

Since when is the word "may" used in a definitive statement?
