Now please dont flame me, I'm not saying that this is what I WANT Fallout to be, I think it's brilliant as a single player game as it adds to the isolation and desolation and general lonesome atmosphere of the game..I personally couldnt really see it being Mulitplayer..ever..

But what do YOU think of the idea of Fallout being a MMORPG?
Can you imagine having massive epic gunfights with other players atop black mountain? Teaming up with a buddy and storming the fort? Chilling at the beach with some friends and a case of sarasparilla?
Or do you think it would be an awfull awfull idea that would ruin the very fabric of the game?

I doubt it could work, I dont know if the system could even handle it..? But theoretically, if it were possible,and something were done to ensure over-crowing was avoided, what would you think of it? Or what if it was a limited MMORPG, so only people on your friendslist would be in 'your' game?

I'm just wondering. Sometimes it gets lonely out in the wastes. But at the same time, I dont think I'd want people constantly shouting "RES!! pls!" and hunting my Deathclaws.

Interplay does..

I was not aware that the Legal Issue between Bethesda and Interplay has been settled and that Interplay won and that we are now allowed to talk about it on this forum. Is there any proof that those things have happened?
