[Spoilers alert, if you haven't beaten Oblivions shivering isles AND met Sheogorath in Skyrim, the contents of this passage will be rather confusing and may come as a shock to you.]
Certainly, the hero of Kvatch released one the strongest and smartest beings in the known universe; one who can see the future and is feared by all the Daedra! What does this mean for Tamriel?
Certainly the Hero of Kvatch, Champion of Cyrodiil, and the second crusader had defeated the being in his weakest form centuries ago, but what about now? Where has he gone? What if he's out there right now tearing apart oblivion and subjugating the princes? I doubt Jyggalag will ever allow himself to fall victim to such opposition ever again. In the next game we may have a villain with power rivaling the gods themselves!
Perhaps we will fall from Sovngarde into the realm of flesh and blood, and be forced to fight our way back into the realm of the Nine!
There are no dragonborn left in all of Mundas! The gods will not be able to aid us! Our only chance is to gather the few remaining princes, and the Hero of Kvatch himself: Sheogorath, before marching to flank the great Jyggalag!
Sovngarde awaits!
Please understand the post is purely speculation; that I know nothing about any current developments by Bethesda and their associates. If you would spare the time to post in hear to keep the thread active long enough to get some attention, that would be fantastic as I think this would be a much better idea than the recent "You were chosen by the gods, arrested, freed, had your sweet roll stolen, and now have to go save the world of ungrateful novices who happen to sound alike" plot line-up routine. It may be many years before we see another Elder Scrolls as the Online development is sure to take up many of their resources and Bethesda still has other series to worry about.
