In The Pitt, forget about karma. Choose regarding your own moral standing.

The Pitt is the Greyest DLC ever. so like tommy said, do your own moral standings, but don't be to blind to the Ashur thing, find his tapes, he isn't the evil person people think he is.

Well I will give you a good description of the Big Players in the Pitt

Wernher:
Spoiler
He used to be Ashur's right hand man. then he planned a coup and failed. Ashur made him a slave. Wernher is now planning a slave rebellion, but why? Does he really care about the slaves, or himself? Does he just want his plan to control the pitt from ashur with the help of the slaves? does he care a bout the cure that ashurs wife is develeping for the trogs? at the end, midea says that the pitt might end up like the old days before ashur, anarchy with [censored] gangs and cannibal squads. and he wnts you to kidnap ashurs bay daughter, thats effed up. And in dialouge, he dosen't give a rats ass about the baby, probably don't giv AF about the cure either, he just got revenge on Ashur, he's happy.
Is the freedom of the slaves worth the loss of the only known opperable mill on the east coast and the worse state of the pitt?

Ashur:
Spoiler
Former BoS paladin, left for dead during the scourge. He discovered the steel mill and saw its great potential. The BoS didn't get all the [censored] ups during the scourge so he killed the rest of the leaders and gathered the other survivors. They saw him as a god and agreed to stay in the pitt to help him with his steel mill dreams. He turned that rap.e hole, cannibal kitchen, anarchic place order. However, the pitt is a place that many people don't want to live in. he had to use a terrible thing to get his great plans for the world, Slavery. Ashur actually despises slavery, insists the raiders call them workers, why, because one day they can gain their freedom. For the trog disease, his wife is a scientist and his daughter is immune to the disease, and once it is complete, he will distribute it to the slaves. But that can take years, that means more suffering for the slaves who must deal with disease and the motherffukkin raiders. And how do we know Ashur is telling the truth, he could be lying.
Is the chance of progress in the apocalyptic world at the cost of slavery? what about the raiders if ashur promises to set the slaves free?
