seriously is there a fix for this cause its driving me nuts everytime I hit him and kill him I die and if I got him off of height he doesn't die.I shot him off a mountain with Unrelenting Force and he got back up

Then damn am I strong cause 10% of my damage instant kills me

just for the fun of it try using an untempered weapon on him, and make sure you have plenty of health at the time you deal the killing blow

When I first faced him, I nearly died not knowing what he was doing to me.

Yeah, I had absorb health enchantments on my weapons when I faced him and that helped me tremendously.

He better watch out when I get level 80.
