just been playing the forbidden legend quest where you fight the ghosts of the brothers. I got hit by unrelenting force and flew into the gated door and then warped through it getting stuck on the other side.

and then there was another one with the magic spiders, I killed one of the spiders inside the cage near the end, it did a slow-mo kill and then I was teleported inside of the cage getting stuck again.

had a problem with my controls too, I got a carriage from the whiterun stables to riften and when I got out none of my controls worked. I was stuck in third person and could only move in one direction with no looking at all. I couldn't save or load my data and eventually ended up falling into the water and drowning. Once it loaded a previous save it was okay again though.
