Just collected all 5 Keller tapes for the first time. Normally I only grab the 4'th one (The one thats in the sniper shack)

And here's how I kind of anolyzed them

1. The brother, Alex, sends a message to Tina, telling her that he found a secret bunker under the National Guard Depot. and that she needs to come home right away.

2. Tina sends a message to her (i'm guessing boyfriend?) Paul, stating that she has to go home, and that they couldn't find any vault, and that her brother Alex was taken into jail. She also states at the very end that she isn't pregnant.

3. Candace sends a message to her mother while the great war is actually happening, (she's very scared) and at the very end, her tape cuts out due to the bombs.

4. The father sends a message to Ralph that he needs to get his [censored] down so they can open the bunker.

5. Ralph sends a message to Candace stating that he'd rather die than "spend post-apocalyptia trapped with him in a [censored] closet" and gives her his number.

Did I get these right?

And in case you didn't know, corpses inside the bunker are the mother, Tina, and Candace. I can only guess that the father went out looking for supplies, and after a while, went feral, went back to the bunker, and killed them. Alex didn't survive because he was in custody, and Ralph wanted to die. I'm guessing that the father is the feral ghoul that you encounter inside the bunker.

I had a question, too, is Candace a little girl, or is she closer to a teenager? The way that Ralph talks to her makes it sound like she is closer to a teenager, but the way she sounds in the tape, she sounds younger than that.

I had figured that all the kids were at least in college. Nice deducing on the skeletons. I tried counting them once, and didn't think about the ghoul.

I'm not sure. Candace sounds like she can't be older than ten in her tape.

But maybe that's because the smoke clouded up her throat or something-another.

The Candace tape gives me goosebumps. I'm glad they have that in the game.

Yeah, out of all the tapes, her tape really brings it home. There is a radio station up northeast part of the map that has a radio message that also has a freaky, chilling message.

Yeah. I found it the other day.

I had to full -blast my volume to hear it though...

Yeah that makes sense, I liked finding the Keller tapes for the first time because it really gives you insight of how people felt about what the heck was going on during all this.

which radio station are you guys talking about? or is it a radio signal?

You flip a switch at a radio broadcast station that's pretty close to the Republic of Dave

That little snippet on that tape was one of the most powerful parts of the game for me.

Candace is a woman I thought. They're all advlts living alone. At least students.
If Candace was a child, she would'nt need to send her parents a message, she'd be with them.
