I need to unlock Kellogs door. Therefore I have to visit the major for the doorkeys.

Unfortunately that is impossible. The elevator that is supposed to take me to his place is already on the highest floor and unreachable for me.

If i click on the button to call the elevator, it says "It is already there". Needlessly to say, I cant go on with the story without visiting him.

The other solution is to lvl up enough and invest a few points in lockpicking I guess, but this cant be the solution.
