Just wondering if anyone has used this house for safe storage for an extended period of time? Have only tested it out for a short amount of time so far. Won't bother wasting my caps on a house in the city if the storage containers are safe here.

i am over 90% they are safe. i return there just now and checked. the ammo boxes that i looted 80 levels ago didn't respawn.
