Key to Abandoned Shack? : V

Playing some Skyrim...need help on something...

There is a place north of Morthal called "Abandoned Shack". There is blood on the door as if there was some sort of skirmish or battle there. I can't get inside because it requires a key. The only problem is that I can't find a key anywhere. There is a boat nearby but no key is inside. I've even wandered into Morthal hoping someone will mention this shack and give me a clue or the key...but no luck. I'm truly mystified. Help??

Ohhh I see...does it have something to do with helping that clown guy fix the wheel of his cart/carriage? Someone told me that he has something to do with the Dark Brotherhood...

he does have something to do with the dark brotherhood but he is by no means required to enter that shack.
