Is it possible to set the letter "a" and "d" to turn my character left and right w/ the camera following behind my character in third person mode? My disability makes it hard for me to play with both the keyboard and mouse, and while I know my mobility may be cut down at least the game will be playable for me. Thanks in advance

The only thing I can remember is a small mod that you install and allows you to pretty much 'hotkey' whatever you want:
