» Sun Feb 14, 2016 7:21 am I found a couple of other threads reporting this problem, but there were no responses and those users did not provide device info, so I'll try. When I click on a vault dweller's name to rename, the keyboard either won't come up at all, or it briefly pops up and then disappears. This only happens on my tablet; my Galaxy Note 4 works just fine. I have even had my tablet replaced in case the issue was related to my specific serial number, but the new device still has the same problem.
What phone/tablet model are you using?

Android Lollipop 5.0.2
Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build?
I have tried deleting and reinstalling, doing a factory reset, even setting up my tablet so that only the default Verizon-installed apps and Fallout Shelter are installed; nothing helps
If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?
I have tried both techniques without success
