Khajiit are pretty cool or could be.....

So as I play Skyrim I realize something the Khajiit are thought to be drug dealers and thieves or murderers. They are kept out of cites at all times, I think this represents maybe civil rights movement in a way. Maybe M'aiq will become the first Elder Scrolls gangsta rapper call him Easy M or Quick Q. What do you guys think? XD

Drug dealers, thieves and murderers aren't cool

But I think Khajiit are cool. For other reasons.

They can be comfy rugs in your home? And you didn't get what I was trying to say I didn't say it'd be cool that they are misinterpreted as that I'm trying to say it'd be cool if they started a civil rights movement for themselves and saw similarity with them and blacks from the civil rights movement in the 1950's.

I'm on my first playthrough ever as a Khajiit and am totally loving it. I stuck to the sterotypical thief then graduated to assassin. Lots of fun. Awesome race.

Do guards reply to you in a negative way or treat you kindly?

They treat you no different than any other race. Same ol comments. The only time they've actually made a comment on my race they said "What is it cat?"

Thats really about it. I'm about 45 hours into this playthrough FYI.

What you call "drugs" the Khajiit consider it not only a part of their regular diet but Moon Sugar is a very religious item in Khajiiti culture and religion.

Well us Khajiits have to resort to something, since there's no catnip in Skyrim :(

BTW hu-man...you'd make a nice belt or a nice set of light armor *wink* *wink*

It's also worth noting that it doesn't affect Khajiit in the same way it does the other races. Skooma, however, is still pretty much a drug. It's like the difference between poppy seeds and opium.

Depends on the region. You're called "cat" in Eastern Skyrim and "Khajiit" in Western Skyrim, the "cat" coming off more brusquely than "Khajiit." Basically, you'll be treated a little more rudely/with more suspicion in Stormcloak-aligned holds if you're not playing as human.

Really, though, they're pretty neutral on the whole, which is weird given the Nords' treatment of Khajiit according to a quite a few NPC's. I guess it's one of those things the developers couldn't be assed about and you're left to fill in on your own through roleplay.

Tell, don't show, indeed. :/
