Some people deluded themselves into thinking his legs are more animal-like, but no. Sadly, it's just an effect of the boots he's wearing.

Both of those opinions are speculation. It's impossible to tell who is right from that picture.
What you think is correct is currently not more correct than the other opinion on the matter.

A mix of the better features of both, although I never got tired of looking at the silly walks in MW.

I know that they have probably already made the models for the beast races.

I'm asking what YOU would want. Not what they've already done.

I don't like the Morrowind legs. I voted for Oblivion though a mix might be the better answer to what I hope to see. I'd like to have them actually have more unique hands and feet than Oblivion's spray painted human hands/feet.

Note that this argonian looks exactly like Oblivion's argonians.

If argonians really will look like this concept art, then it'll be the same as Oblivion: they will be human beings wearing goofy animal masks and static fake tails. Talk about high budget special effects!! <_<

Look at this and tell me the look of the argonians won't be improved.
