Back in July I started a thread on http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=377109 about this. Videos on there are from YouTube users who discovered it, credit goes to them. These aren't those chests that you have to glitch to obtain. These belong specifically to the Khajiit Caravan (located near the camping area, marked "chest" in the ground). Since then, I've been able to find 3-4 locations (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=SPN27Sm6tAM, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y28i34e15uo&feature=player_embedded, http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=cBLPfQJb9-M). Except the chest for Dawnstar is located on the opposite side where the Khajiit made camp.

Not 100% sure if the one near http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHKTkRhynIM&feature=player_embedded counts. There are 2 more places the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Khajiit_Traders too: Whiterun & Riften. But I can't find there exact spots. Has anyone else been able too or know if they exist? Thank you.

All vendors have the chests, but most all too far underground to be reached through normal means. The Sky Forge for example can be reached through a glitch in the ground and I think the Riften Blacksmith one can be reached through the platter on the wall trick.
