You can only agree on this.

Characters like Ma'iq (or how its written), J′zargo (powerful wizard), khajit caravans and other memorable NPCs are all superb.
Compare this to Oblivions Khajit VA...it's not a match at all.

The accent is practically the same as it's been since Morrowind; but I do agree that the VAs themselves (except M'Aiq who is the same person) are better now.

True Facts: Ever since Oblivion, when I play a particular race, I read the dialogue choices I choose out loud, in the race's specific accent.

J-zargo has become a big inside joke with few of my friends. You really only need to start with "J-zargo..." with the accent and everyone is already cracking up :celebration:

I think most VA is pretty good except for the Dunmer; I miss their "I smoke a hundred cigs a day"-voice. Khjait are very in character; they and the Altmer are the best ones because they fit their races so well IMO.

they dont sound wise . they sound like they are going to rob you as soon as you turn your back. Not the brutish style but corner you in an alley with fangs or steal your coinpurse. But not a khajiit fan , might be because you can count every khajiit in skyrim on one hand leaving very little diversity to their race.

Heh well I imagine it must be fun though, it's a mix of not only the haughtiness but also the accents they do well. Khajit are the opposite of Altmer, they really are warm and friendly. I didn't much care for them before really but they've grown on me. I find myself trading with them more often than normal shops.

OT: I definitely love the way they sound this time around as well. The only thing I don't like is the combat sounds they make, especially the males. Just doesn't sound feral enough for me to believe it's a Khajiit.

Agree about the combat sounds. At some point in a sword fight, my Khajiit always sounds like he's saying "Horker!"

I would really like the next game to be TES: Elsweyr. If they want to have a radio station where the Khajiit dj plays emotional songs from the 1980s, that would be icing on the cake.

I believe the Male Khajitt voice acting is done by Jon Curry, who did an incredible job with the Khajitt and some of the Redguards. He voiced Zevran in Dragon Age Origins.

The Female sounds like the Female Ghoul voice from Fallout 3, also well done too.
