i read that you cannot. i think it would cause to much controversy. and there is really no good reason to kill a kid anyway. i think that you should be able to knock them out so at least those little jerks dont just hunt you down untill you leave the area

Not to contend with you FTW, but how is it any more mature than the raiders stringing up corpses, heade/body parts popping after a few shots, six themes and etc? I don't support CK, I was just curious how its different in discussion. Is it because it's a potential lawsuit?

you have a good point. but ck is usuals much more controversial. i do think that you should be able to knock out children. just so they cant kill you with rifles and you have to stand there and take it

Actually I think its great that kids dont fight (or it never happened when I accidently caused towns hostile x_x) because it evens out them being unkillable/unknockoutable, if they had a gun, you'd die after a while xD.

Soccer Moms and their Lawyers love to find a way to close down any games they don't like because "its too violents." Child Killing is one of these list of point and deem it "child murder simulator".

In other word, I assume the devs are taking this into consideration when deciding of adding children into the game.
