Radiant quest given by vampires: High profile murder in Raven Rock wearing Dawnguard armour. I haven't finished dragon born yet - who would be a high profile yet inconsequential and killable person in Raven rock?

How about one of the merchants in Raven Rock's square? The smith,the Alchemist lady.....maybe the one that buys the East Empire pendants,all are unessential npc I believe.
