Very possible, although this could cause a lot of bugs. You did get a notice about the broken quest every time you killed an NPC, I presume? You would have to use the console to fix that too. Check "Console Command Tutorial" on UESP.net if you want to have a go.

I would recomend re-loading an earlier save. If you don't have one, well, sorry. You really shouldn't kill off NPCs you don't know much about, at least not without saving first. :brokencomputer:

You might be screwed...

Did you write down the names of the NPCS so you could find their ID in the UESP?

well........ there corpses are still around XD i'll probably be fine, when i do the quest and i release they're missing i'll try 2 add them back etc
but i'll write down the dead ones.... wonder if there's a way to carry your stats 2 a new game?

You shouldn't even be able to start the quests if one of the NPCs needed for it is dead, unfortunately.

Yes, it is possible to use the console to advance your skills and attributes if you start a new character, however this might easily screw up the game.

It's pretty common to screw up a few things on the first playthrough. Believe me, I did it a lot of times. The first character should never be taken too seriously, it's a way to get to learn the game. :) Hope you will be fortunate this time around!
