Hello everyone. I was playing Morrowind and doing that quest includes speaking with Huleeya. I was running away with him but he got bugged and stuck in the wall. Then i killed him via console command and ressurected him. That fixed the bug and completed the mission. But when i return Caius he says he is done with me because i killed Huleeya.
I don't have any saves and i really don't want to start again. I'm begging for your help.

Since you killed Huleeya using console the game thinks Huleeya is dead. I think the best solution for you is consoling journal update.
Enter these lines in console one by one--
Journal "A1_V_VivecInformants" 50

In the future, don't kill them if they get stuck. Use "tcl", which toggles collision or "ra" which resets positions.
