You have to be famous to be on TV now? From the quality of programming, I figure the only qualification is being as shallow as possible.

Besides, they totally missed a marketing gold mine here. Who cares about the Kardashians (In all seriousness though, they have as much "Celebrity" Appeal as Paris Hilton - who's famous for being a rich, tired looking, spoiled [censored])...they should have gone Cardassians!

As far as I know, and I am NOT going in to specifics here but I believe she first got "noticed" when she attended a playboy party and produced a tape of sorts.
