After defusing the bomb on the verticopter and taking out the sniper and reporting to the NCR quest-giver in You'll Know When it Happens, Kimball finishes his speech, but doesn't move. The only way to do anything is to shoot Kimball and then deal with the consequences. My only two saves are apparently after the glitch happened. Is there anything I can do to continue beyond shooting Kimball? Is there any way to directly contact Obsidian? I can't find any contact us on their site. Please don't just tell me it was my fault for not saving often enough...I'm beating my self up enough over that.

I don't know how to fix this, but if you really cant get him to move, kill him, join the legion (unless vilified already) or join the battle of the hoover damn alone (for Yes Man) and the NCR will most likely aid you in the battle anyway. You can also get the ranger armor if you kill him.

Hey don′t beat yourself up to hard,
maybe theres still something you can Do.....Try this,
If the game glitches and the president WONT LEAVE the STAGE after completing his speech (you must have killed the sniper) pickpocket the engineer near the Vertibird for his detonator, then make your way to the tower where the sniper was located, crouch down and take out one of the NCR Rangers.

Try firing off a couple of rounds without hitting anyone. Walk away and do not fight back if attacked. Hopefully that will cause him to get back in his vertibird and leave.
