Thomas Edison.........................how I hate this guy.

Not only does he take all the credit for electricity but he takes away our chance to use Ahoy! every day. That Bastard!

If only Bell got his way. I'd love to sound like a true sea-farer every time I answer the phone!

Well, if C. Montgomery Burns can do it, so can you :hehe:

"So I've heard,"

I don't recall using teleportation. And there I was. Alone. Naked.

Wait, wrong game.

You say hello to people, they say it back, people in oblivion say it. You say it when you answer a phone... But wait, people in oblivion say it? Thats a bit illogical :P

I am going to go with the mindset that Oblivion is set time wise in the middle ages.
Its weird that they say hello, since in that time the word hello wasn't even heard of.
When alexander graham bell invented the telephone, he wanted the greeting for answering it to be ahoy... But Thomas Edison disagreed and said it should be 'Hello'
Before that time Hello was not a word in the English language.... or any other

So its kind of funny that they say Hello, though its not even a word then :P
This isnt some kind of rant thread just a funny little 'did you know'

Any comments? :P

This is a fantasy game. It's not based in any time era relevant to our history. So why compare?
