[PC] Kindred Judgement bugged. Help! : V

I've had this problem on a recent playthrough and I can't seem to find a fix for it. So I'm wondering if anybody here has ideas. I kill Harkon on the vampire side and Garen Merethi shows up as expected, but then Isran bursts in and attacks. He is still marked as essential and I have found that I do not own the Coffin in Harkon's querters. My load order is as follows and any help would be greatly appriciated.
