Kindred judgement bugged : V

I've had this problem recently and i've posted it also in the genreral section. If that is wrong please let me know and delete it. But I have a problem with Kindred Judgement, I am playing on the vampire side and once I kill Harkon Garen Merethi shows up as expected but Isran then shows up weapon drawn and attacks. I also find that I don't own Castle Volkihar like i'm supposed to after the quests conclusion. My laod order is as follows.
