Setting aside the fact the OP's idea is completely ridiculous for second... lets simply talk about why Kinect support for Skyrim is not going to happen.
I have nothing against the Kinect really. Its sorta neat, and hopefully just a stepping stone to far more advanced interactive gaming. However, its built for very very specific types of games... like playing dodge ball, dancing, and exercising. You will never see a Kinect enabled Call of Duty, Gears of War, Halo, or... Elder Scrolls. Why? Because Kinect does not work very well unless your character is all but locked in place, or "on rails". If you have to move around the world yourself, how exactly do you plan to do that? Sure you could use the Kinect with a controller in your hand, but then when you go to fight that will feel very strange (not to mention your going to throw your controller through your TV).
Thats not even getting into the fact Skyrim is not a 360 exclusive, and Bethesda isn't going to spend a whole lot of development time adding a feature that is targeted for a small group of gamers, on only one platform. There is no business sense there.
