Kitty VS. Lizard

Argonians are almost definitely not cold-blooded, they are capable of surviving in the cold. And their only complaints are cold feet(Morrowind  )

This is Skyrim, it's freezing cold.

Khajiit are warm-blooded.

Argonians are cold-blooded.

For the beast races I prefer the Argonians. I would have played an Argnonian in Morrowind but I hated how they couldn't wear boots or certian helms. I hope this doesn't come back in Skyrim. It was nice to play an Argonian in Oblivon and not miss out on some cool boots or helms because I couldn't wear them. It was no fun at all in Morrowind.

'Cats' because the way I understand it, the 'lizards' like swampy places, which Skyrim is not at all.

I am, and always will be with the cat people. They're from a desert, and deserts are ridiculously cold at nights, so they're no strangers to extreme temperatures.

If the elves are less ugly than in Oblivion, i may defect for a little while ;)

Seeing as giant flying lizards have no bother living in the extreme temperatures of Skyrim I vote Argonian, always been my favourite race after all.

khajitt r more layed back. the argonians have recently taken on an imperialistic nature by taking over parts of morrowind. so probably argonians.

I can totally see the Argonians trying to use Morrowind as a staging point for an invasion of Skyrim. It Would definitely be an interesting questline if you had to convince them to help you with the main quest/kill them all before they muck things up even more.

Why would they even want to invade Skyrim? They prefer living in swamps.

That's true. Although power hungry people do do stupid things sometimes for the sake of more power... Also, they could be using mercenaries.

Or, alternatively, an expansion pack which involves the Dunmer attempting to reclaim Morrowind, although that's looking pretty far in the future.

I've played an argonian in Morrowind an a Khajiit in Oblivion as main characters...I love both the most of all races, but I'd prefer the cats now :)

Unless they screw up the Khajiit, I'll stay with them.

Khajiit will be more prevalent simply because they do have fur and can stand that colder climate. As anyone who played Bloodmoon can probably recall, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Basks-In-The-Sun, the argonian that ran the dock service back to morrowind was none too happy about the cold... especially with his lack of boots. [I still voted Argonian, cause Reptiles for life!]

Solstheim is north of Skyrim. You can see from the trailer that much of it is actually very pleasant.

Now that the lizards share a border with Skyrim, they would naturally have intermingled with the Nords to a much greater degree than the tabbies.
