I was doing the KotN quest. I got to the part where I go inside Vanua and found the Helm of the Crusader.
But then I got stuck.

I went through all of the tunnels but could not find any key to unlock the 2 gates that are near the helm, and there was a boulder blocking the other way back.

I had to cheat to unlock the gates to get out, but there's no further quest updates telling me what I should do.
I went back to Anvil and spoke with the Prophet, but he didn't add anything to the quest.

Is something broken? What am I supposed to do next?
I think something might have gotten broke when I picked up the helm.
I completed KotN a little while ago and don't remember getting stuck like this.
