Knights of the NineDaggerfall?

[Heard when entering the priory after the KOTN quest, between two generic "Knight of the Nine" NPC's]

"What is it? Is the Priory under attack? The walls breached?"

"No, I was thinking its time we went to Daggerfall to deal with the Ghost. You know..dead king or something"

*other NPC responds agreeing with him, then they talk about the Knights of the Nine needing to be one voice, one action to deal with this, conversation ends with the NPC saying he will take his leave and think about what was said*

This some kind of Easter Egg? Or is it part of the lore?

Hey, that's a good catch you've got there!

That kinda tossed all the speculations about the KoTN being trashed after the Great War... and of course where the Crusader Relics went.

Huh. They are in Daggerfall.

I am sure this is just an Easter Egg. The first objective in Daggerfall is "put to rest the ghost of king lysandus".

Lysandus was already dealt with in Daggerfall, so there really isn't a pressing need for them to travel there. That being said, it is possible for them to relocate to Daggerfall, but that doesn't save them from Thalmor Justicars who're given free reign throughout Imperial provinces to root out Talos worship, and the Knights of Nine are certainly worthy targets. I figure if the Blades of all people buckled under the Dominion machine, the Knights probably wouldn't fare much better. Assuming the Thalmor have a sizable force in High Rock to begin with, however.
