Miscellaneous Objectives not included, do we know how many quests are available to the player in one playthrough, yet? I'm very interested to know.

Well i just counted in the guide and gave up at 200 but less than 250,stormcloaks or legion seem to have about the same number and some guild quests are dependant on doing them in the right order .

The quest system generates fetch and kill quests randomly, apparently the thieves guild and the dark brotherhood will also generate random quests indefinitely.

Infinite, the way the system works there will always be randomly generated quest types. As far as not counting in miscellaneous quests, I read somewhere that it was around 300, but I can't for the life of me remember where I read that.
