Is there any info on what is canon lore from FO3? What the official ending is they will be going with?
Or is it all purely speculation?

Not yet, afaik. But I suppose, some sort of canon about F3's endings will be established with F4.

some folks specualte the "good" ending to be canon, as far as the main quest goes (and it′s common for devs in these instances to do so), of course we don′t even know if even gonna see any refrences to 3 to begin with.
