Hey guys,

So I came upon Dunwich Borers and cleared it out. When I went to the bottom of the pool (that creepy buried face though), Kremvh's Tooth was not on the altar. Only the two mini nukes were. I reloaded a save from before I even entered the place and it still wouldn't appear. Not sure what to do but I'd really love that weapon.

Same problem here. Sneak bobblehead, check. All sorts of loot, check. Creepy Lovecraftian nod, check. No tooth. Very disappointing. Beth, HALP!?
