I tried to send you a message on Twitter, on this fourm and send you a mail for the new 1.3 patch with possible bugs. On the alter I have seen many people have a problem obtaining Kremvh’s Tooth, the nukes are there and the shrooms, but no tooth. Would for me not be a inportant if the melee weapon may be the best melee weapon on fallout 4.

Is there a fix for us on consol I have Xbox One, but also seen this problem on PS4?

Hope you can answer this and maybe make a fix for this in the next 1.3 patch.
