Which is the best(or preferred) Kvatch mod?

I've ran two of the three leading contenders. Of those I enjoy Rebuilt most during the actual reconstruction phase(s) since you are an active participant rather than an observing bystander. Once restored, I prefer Rising. It's simply a more interesting city to visit. Depending on play-style, the completed Rising offers more activities to participate in. I understand Aftermath might be the the best of the lot for post-construction functionality, but I've never tried it.
