Kvatch rebuilt OOO Patch : IV

I've searched on TESNexus, PES, & Google & I can't seem to find the Kvatch rebuilt compatibility patch for OOO, I have uninstalled OOO 1.3 then reinstalled it. But that didn't add any patches for Kvatch rebuilt compatibility. Was it removed or am I looking for the wrong name or something? I've searched for it as OOO Compatibility patches & so on. I still can't find anything for it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought it came with Kvatch Rebuilt download, although I'm not sure as I haven't used it. From the readme/description at PES:

If you are using OOO install the OOO Compatibility patch. If using FCOM install the FCOM Leveled guards patch (note these have not yet been fully tested as of yet)

Seems that's the one place I didn't look for it was in Kvatch Rebuilt, boy I sure feel stupid now lol. I never opened the Rar file because I was looking for the compatibility patch for OOO before I installed Kvatch Rebuilt. /facepalm long time lol. Thank you Arkngt for mentioning that it used to come with Kvatch Rebuilt because it still does.
