So I'm guessing that Lady Killer is the Perk when you are playing a guy and Man Hunter (Black Widow?) if you are playing a female?

I am generally having a lot of problems persuading men in dialog option (plus most enemies seem to be men), but is there no way to get Man Hunter if you are playing a male?

Is the part about wearing the wedding ring true? I recall people talking about this 'might' be an option, but never heard anything official. Also this mentions that you can choose between the two regardless of your six, but I don't recall every seeing that option.

You can romance with the wedding ring on and it's called black widow

Edit: and to your original question, unfortunately no. You only have the opposite six option.

There is a magazine which increased my persuasion chance towards males (I am also a male).

But I am pretty sure you don't need Lady Killer perk to flirt with NPCs. I bedded the lady in Third Rail without that perk: you just need to go through three charisma checks.
