Hello, i am experiencing fps-drops at the Penthouse in the Lucky 38 casino. It is mainly when i am looking at the elevator but it's also a bit behind the curtains next to the elevator.

Is there a fix for this problem? Is it like a highly demanding setting that's used there or what may casue the problem? Thanks.

I play on PC, here are the mods i'm using:

I am running a 2500k with a Radeon 7770 and 8GB ram, i've also checked msi afterburner to see if the video memory runs out, but it's stable at around 500MB.

Seems like turning off depth of field solves some of the drops but they are still there.

Seems like you have a few more mods than that. Mods that change Depth of Field and other graphics can cause this.

If your using the Large or even Medium NMC's, then uninstall those and install the Smalls. Use the Uninstaller at the Mod page on the Nexus and put the small ones on the game. They are still larger than stock and they do not cause all the grief in the game. I did not see much of a difference in the game between the two sizes, but it does not matter, Medium and Large are too big for the game. You don't have the hardware to run the big ones. No one really does as the game will just run out of memory even with LAA with textures that are much larger than stock. This is because NMC changes everything, I mean all of it.

BTW, did you toggle the Archive Invalidation after installing these mods?

And, you can try Windowed mode, it can help on some systems with performance. There is a mod to remove the border if it helps.
