I've heard that aproaching Severin Manor could case a lot of lag, save, quit, reload will fix. But I had to go anyway so I just quit. Skyrim never lagged on 1.8 in Solstheim, but 1.9 ****ed everything up. I only got to Raven Rock and then saved and quit, should I take the time and redownload and re install everything? Or just take a chance and continue playing?

I have limited bandwith, normally redownloading everything would not be a problem, but I have a small amount of bandwith per month. So should I use up more bandwith or continue playing and see if lag stops?
