I have, compared to some horror stories on the forum, had very few problems and am impressed with Fallout: New Vegas. The issues I have had are exceptionally bad lag and stuttering in the North Vegas, Northwest and Novac areas. I installed the game to the Xbox 360 hard drive, which helped to a point, but the lag still exists.

Another less frequent bug (has occurred twice, both at the Ultra-luxe at separate times) has been a game freeze while handing over weapons.

Do you mean that your character constantly stops, like lag in a multiplayer shooter for example?

After downloading the patch today. I also have a lot of lag/stuttering when walking. It almost makes me not want to play.

same here lag or stutter same thing i think, worse near vegas like you say, we need as many people as possible to complain bout this so it gets fixed, cuz if no one complains then it will get ignored, hope it gets sorted its almost unplayable, fallout 3 runs so smooth, i thought they were using the same engine, so surely it should run like fallout 3, not saying fallout 3 was perfect but for me i had no problems

Yes, exactly. The character/world freezes for a moment, every few seconds.

I'm getting a bit of a stutter right out of the gates in Goodsprings. It's really only a minor annoyance as it doesn't do too much to the gameplay. Just slightly distracting. I have not installed it to the HDD.

I was in third person watching my character and i noticed that it was walking all jacked up. Its feet would stop like it was standing still but i was still pushing it forward. That i believe what is causing my stuttering in the game.
