Hey everyone,

Everytime I try to play skyrim two problems occur;

In almost all menus my mouse only goes the general direction I want it to go other than that it just randomly jumps around the thing I want to click, this goes for every menu except the title screen and the "esc menu", and including things like the talking options and the worldmap. It looks like lag but sometimes it randomly jumps forward.

the second, less managable, problem is the fact that I have 3-5 second freezes every 30-40 seconds (sometimes more frequent) of playtime. This gets very annoying very fast.

I am playing on a windows xp, but when I'm not lagging and not in my inventory or another menu the game runs very smooth.

I play on the medium, default, graphics settings and I am not running any mods.

The mouse I use is a razer lachessis
