I built the entryway, great hall adn celler for the lakeview house in hearthfire, but now I can't build any of the additions. The drafting table works as far as letting me choose which plan to build, and the rope line outlining the area appears next to the house. But I can't activate the carpenter bench to start building the walls/foundation/etc..

The interior workbenches work as far as making decorations, and the outside anvil works as normal.

Anyone might have an idea what might be causing it?
