It always bothered me that you could build these great houses but still had to travel to Solsthiem in order to get access to staff enchanting. Now you need only make one trip to Solsthiem, grab a heart stone and then whip back to Lakeview manor and build your own staff enchanter.
This mod adds the ability to craft a staff enchanter to Lakeview Manor. It can be located on the second floor of the main hall.
In order to have access to the staff enchanter you MUST first craft it at the workstation in the main hall under the Furniture category.

-2 Ebony ignots-
-1 sawed log-
I recommend that you haven't built lakeview manor main hall before installing this mod as it might cause serious clipping with some other furniture.
Please note: this mod requires the Hearthfire and Dragonborn DLC

This mod adds a staff enchanter to Lakeview Manor.
It can be located on the second floor of the main hall.
In order to have access to the staff encahnter you MUST first craft it at the workstation in the main hall.
It can be found under the Furniture category.
The requirements to craft the staff enchanter are:
1 Heartstone
1 Grandsoul Gem Filled
2 Ebony ignots
1 sawn log
--------Requirements--------
- Skyrim patched to the latest version.
- Dragonborn DLC
- Hearthfire DLC
--------Installation--------
- Extract the archives contents into "Skyrim/Data" and activate sm_HF_staffenchanter.esp
--------Uninstallation--------
- To remove (Only for new game) simply delete "sm_winterholdgate.esp".
- if you remove mid game make sure you clean your save game.
--------Bugs/Compatibility--------
This mod will not be compatible with any mod that alters the upstairs area of the main hall near the enchanting table/maniquin.
This mod has moved some furniture around upstairs to make room for the Staff Enchanter as such it WILL cause problems with
existing games that have built the main hall in Hearthfire.
This mod does not edit any of the wings and does not touch the exterior so it will be compatible with any mods that alter the
exterior/wings of Lakeview manor.
I will NOT be making a version for the other two houses.
